Job summary

Loon Mountain Resort in Lincoln, NH is seeking a friendly bar staff member to ensure every guest enjoys their visit. You will greet guests, maintain a clean bar area, and support the service team to meet daily goals.

You will understand basic state laws regarding beer, wine, and liquor, be ready to card guests who look under 30, and help keep the bar stocked while contributing to a safe, lively guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to work with a neat and clean appearance.
• Greet guests with a smile and engage in appropriate conversations while performing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar areas including decks and patios.
• Understand basic state laws and regulations regarding beer, wine, and liquor; card under 30.
• Cut off alcohol to anyone who becomes intoxicated.
• Help keep the bar stocked.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain a positive attitude.
• Meet service level objectives and department goals as set by the Bar Manager.
• Implement operation plan elements as instructed by the manager.
