Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates - Banquet Servers are needed to deliver top‑tier service at weddings and events. You will set up banquet spaces, welcome guests, serve plated and buffet items, and respond quickly to requests to ensure memorable celebrations. Close collaboration with culinary and planning teams is essential in a fast‑paced environment.

Part‑time weekends and event days, with a 401k match, and a competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role.
• Licenses: TABC and Food Handlers required in Texas.
• Physical: Lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk 8–12 hours.
• Background check and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas according to event specs.
• Greet guests and provide professional service.
• Serve plated and buffet food and beverages.
• Respond to guest requests and maintain a clean event space.
• Close out events, break down areas, and store equipment.
• Collaborate with culinary and planning teams for seamless execution.
