• Assist the set‑up staff in table set‑up, buffet set‑up, bar set‑up, etc.
• Check quality and presentation of food before serving.
• Prepare and serve beverages for the function.
• Provide prompt and professional service to all guests.
• Communicate with the Kitchen to keep them updated on any changes.
