Job summary

The London West Hollywood at Beverly Hills is seeking a Banquet Server to prepare food and beverage stations and serve guests at banquet functions in line with hotel standards.

Responsibilities include following the BEO, setting up stations, replenishing items, and ensuring the banquet area is clean and stocked. A high school diploma and prior related experience are preferred, and candidates must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand during the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Read and follow the BEO and become familiar with the menu for the assigned function.
• Respond to guest problems and complaints and communicate with management when necessary.
• Set up and replenish food, beverage, buffet, and service stations according to the BEO and hotel standards, with the appropriate supplies and service equipment.
• Maintain the banquet storeroom in a neat and orderly manner, stocked with supplies necessary for food service functions.
• Clean the banquet space after each function and ensure all supplies and equipment are stored and restocked properly.
