Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Banquet Server to ensure guest comfort and smooth event operations at our venues. You will greet guests, assist with seating, and support service during meetings and social events.

The role involves standing for long periods, delivering beverages, and coordinating with kitchen staff for special orders and dietary needs. Training is provided for those new to banquet service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and assist with seating.
• Assist in preparation and end-of-event tasks.
• Serve food and beverages during events and refresh buffet as needed.
• Read and understand the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and relay special orders to the kitchen.
