Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks banquet servers to provide food and beverage service at hotel events. You will help present menu offerings, set linens, and design food stations while ensuring a clean, welcoming banquet environment.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, physical stamina to lift and stand for long periods, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Prior banquet serving experience is preferred but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
• Previous Banquet Serving experience preferred
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.

Responsibilities

• Banquet servers are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions.
• Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
