Job summary

Beau Monde is seeking experienced bartenders to join our service team, delivering exceptional hospitality and curated bar service at private events across our Charlotte venues (The Casey, The Ruth, The Collector's Room, and Parlor).

You will prepare cocktails, beer, wine and coffee with speed and care, maintain a clean bar, and work 8–12 hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, while complying with ABC laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience with cocktail-making skills is required.
• Knowledge of standard drink recipes and proper pouring techniques.
• Able to pass onboarding paperwork and provide work authorization.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours.
• Reliable transportation and weekend/evening availability.
• Must comply with ABC laws and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bar setup, service, and breakdown.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks with speed and consistency.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs during events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar station.
• Communicate with Event Managers and teammates.
• Follow uniform/dress code and all policies.

About the Role

Requirements

• Prior bartending experience with cocktail-making skills required

• Able to comfortably lift and carry items up to 50 lbs (kegs, ice, cases, etc.)


• Able to stand and stay on your feet for 8-12 hour shifts


• Reliable transportation and relatively consistent availability, including evenings/weekends


• Must be able to pass required onboarding paperwork and provide valid work authorization documentation


• Must be able to comply with ABC laws and regulations (checking IDs, avoiding overserving, proper alcohol handling)
