Job summary

Beau Monde is seeking experienced banquet servers to join our service team at private events across Charlotte venues, including The Casey, The Ruth, The Collector's Room, and Parlor. You will deliver exceptional hospitality and support event operations on site.

Applicants should have banquet serving experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand 8–12 hours, and provide valid work authorization. Reliable transportation and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior serving/banquet experience preferred.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Reliable transportation and availability including evenings/weekends.
• Must pass onboarding paperwork and provide valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up, execution, and breakdown of food and beverage service.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs throughout the event.
• Maintain consistent glass and plate clearing.
• Communicate clearly with Event Managers and team members.
• Follow uniform/dress code and company policies.

• Able to stand and stay on your feet for 8–12 hour shifts
