Job description

Under close supervision, the Event Assistant assists with the overall administration of facility operations and events.

This is a seasonal position.

• Greets all visitors.

• Supervises special events. Sets up and takes down equipment.

• Monitors all areas of the facility for usage, participant behavior and security.

• Enforces regulations concerning facility use.

• Provides information to patrons.

• Performs custodial duties and maintenance.

• May assist with food and beverage operations.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• Must obtain Texas Food Handler permit within sixty (60) days of employment.

• Must obtain an Adult and Pediatric CPR/First Aid/AED certification within sixty (60) days of employment.
