Job summary

Avalonvi is seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement, product presentations, and sales activities. This role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating positive customer experiences at in-person events.

You will welcome attendees, present products, identify needs, and help with setup and breakdown while representing the brand professionally at every event.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous event, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
