Job summary

Foundry Home Solutions is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent us at home shows, fairs, and community events across the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities. You will engage homeowners, promote bath and shower remodeling solutions, and help schedule free in-home consultations.

This role starts as part-time with potential to grow into a full-time position as the event calendar expands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and tearing down event displays and materials.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and welcoming presence at every event.

EVENT APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Event Appointment Setters to be the face of our company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities.

You'll work from professionally designed event displays, engage with homeowners, and help schedule free in-home consultations for our bathroom remodeling specialists. You'll play a key role in helping homeowners learn about our bath and shower remodeling solutions while representing a trusted local company.

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour + Uncapped Bonuses

• $25 bonus for every qualified in-home consultation that is completed
• $100 bonus for every appointment that results in a sale
