Job summary

Foundry Home Solutions is seeking energetic Event Appointment Setters to represent our Minnesota home shows, fairs, and community events. You will engage with homeowners, promote bath remodeling options, and schedule free in-home consultations from event displays.

You’ll earn $20–$22 per hour with uncapped bonuses, paid training, and flexible schedules. Most events occur on weekends with some evenings and weekdays, offering growth to full-time as the calendar expands.

EVENT APPOINTMENT SETTER

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Event Appointment Setters to be the face of our company at local home shows, fairs, festivals, senior expos, trade shows, and community events throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding Minnesota communities.

You'll work from professionally designed event displays, engage with homeowners, and help schedule free in-home consultations for our bathroom remodeling specialists. You'll play a key role in helping homeowners learn about our bath and shower remodeling solutions while representing a trusted local company.

Compensation

$20-$22 per hour + Uncapped Bonuses

• $25 bonus for every qualified in-home consultation that is completed
• $100 bonus for every appointment that results in a sale
