Job summary

Andersen Windows, Inc. in Garner, NC is seeking an Event & Retail Supervisor I to support the Event & Retail Manager in driving local awareness and lead generation through showrooms, partnerships, community groups, job sites, and company events.

You will recruit and train staff for internal and external retail spaces, manage showroom events, and track leads, costs, and performance to optimize future participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience planning and coordinating events.
• Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage resources, including time and budget, to achieve objectives.
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of events, sponsorships, and local marketing programs.
• Understanding of marketing communications, sales promotion, and advertising principles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train staff for internal and external retail spaces.
• Communicates with individuals and groups outside the organization, representing the local RbA CORO to homeowner associations, current customers, the public, local business partners, and other external sources. Establish partnerships and identify opportunities that generate qualified leads, while ensuring successful execution of those partnerships.
• Manage schedules for internal and external retail teams.
• Oversee the execution of showroom events with the goal of generating leads, providing direction and support to showroom leads and representatives.
• Track expenses, leads, sales, and performance metrics across all showrooms, showroom events, retail partnerships, and company-created lead generation opportunities to evaluate cost effectiveness and inform future participation decisions.
