Andersen Corporation in Garner, NC, seeks an Event & Retail Manager to cost-effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through showrooms, partnerships, community groups, job-site marketing and company events.

You will recruit and train staff, manage schedules, oversee showroom events, track expenses and leads, and report on performance to inform decisions. A bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications and 1–2 years’ event planning experience preferred.

Secondarily through events/shows and more.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESRecruit, hire, and train staff for internal and external retail spaces.Communicates with individuals and groups outside the organization, representing the local RbA CORO to homeowner associations, current customers, the public, local business partners, and other external sources.
