Legends Global is seeking an Alcohol Compliance Representative to oversee responsible alcohol service across events, ensuring staff follow company and state policies. The role includes monitoring, documenting incidents, and communicating cut-off times while maintaining a professional demeanor.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and English communication skills. Flexibility for all venue events, including nights and weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, speak and write English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Flexibility to work all venue events, including extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in an open outdoor environment in all climates.
• Must be punctual, dependable and maintain hygiene/appearance.
• Able to stand, reach, bend and perform production tasks for extended periods.
• Customer service standards and guest etiquette preferred.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the serving of alcohol by event-day staff.
• Ensure adherence to Legends’ and state/local alcohol service policies.
• Observe and document all alcohol-related issues or violations.
• Communicate nightly alcohol cut-off times to staff and guests.
• Assist with alcohol cut-off and other duties as assigned by Management.
• Monitor all employees’ adherence to Legends Alcohol Policy.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
