Legends Music, LLC is looking for an Alcohol Compliance Representative responsible for ensuring all alcohol service at events complies with various laws and venue policies. The role involves monitoring alcohol service areas, verifying legal drinking age, assisting staff, and documenting incidents during events.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, relevant experience, and strong knowledge of alcohol laws. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, event operations, security, or alcohol service preferred.
• Certification in Responsible Beverage Service preferred or required within a specified time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alcohol service areas to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure proper wristbanding.
• Assist in training staff on alcohol compliance and safe service procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior for signs of intoxication and intervene appropriately.
• Document incidents involving alcohol misuse and complete reports accurately.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
