Legends Global is seeking a diligent alcohol service supervisor to ensure responsible service across events. You will monitor compliance with Federal, State and Local laws and company standards, document incidents, and support management in enforcing last call times.

This role requires strong communication, proactivity, and the ability to work long hours including nights and weekends. The successful candidate will uphold safety, guest satisfaction, and team leadership across busy venue

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills to interact with staff and guests.
• Alcohol compliance experience or leadership oversight preferred.
• Proactive, self-motivated and organized with the ability to prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises the serving of alcohol by event day employees.
• Hold pre-shift meetings to provide details to the compliance team.
• Hold post-event meetings to review outcomes of the day’s event.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines per laws and company/venue standards.
• Observe, document, and report alcohol-related issues and suspected intoxication.
• Assist with determining last call times and ensure staff adherence to guidelines.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
