Legends Global in Houston, TX is seeking a Staff Accountant to support financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and event settlements.

You will prepare settlements, assist with monthly close, reconciliations, and journal entries, and collaborate with Sales, Event Services, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 0–3 years of related experience in sports/entertainment industry preferred or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and MS Office 365 skills with ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Prepare assigned event settlements with Sales, Event Services and Operations.
• Prepare and post journal entries and daily cash/ticket reports.
• Assist monthly close, reconciliations, and analysis; support audits and inquiries.
• Assist with AP batch entry review and maintain internal controls.
• Liaise with clients to ensure requirements and policies are met.
