We are Ellie Denver West: an outpatient therapy clinic in Denver West dedicated to providing excellent mental health services to our community. We are looking for licensed clinicians who are passionate about serving clients creatively and authentically while contributing to a supportive work environment.

As a clinician, you’ll partner with us by:
- Providing excellent and individualized care to community members

- Collaborating to ensure our clinic is accessible and effective
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create and implement treatment plans, complete necessary documentation, participate in supervision and consultation, and creatively meet individual needs.
- Full-time clinicians are expected to conduct 25 hours of client contact per week.
- Coordinate services with other providers as needed.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings.
- Participate in outreach efforts.
- Identify innovative ways to fill need gaps in our community.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet company and individual goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed Master's degree in a license-eligible field (Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
- Registered with DORA as a fully licensed clinician (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Experience with clinical documentation
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively and creatively
- Availability to work non-traditional hours
- Comfort with clients with diverse concerns
- Proficient in typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfort with the ambiguity of a start-up environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with historically marginalized communities
- Experience with Veterans or servicemembers
- Currently paneled with insurance provider(s)
- Multi-lingual
- Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health
- Additional clinical expertise
- Current community involvement
- Identify as a creative interventionist

- Sessions conducted during afternoons, evenings, and weekends
