Rocky Mountain Spine & Sport, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Castle Rock, CO!

*Up to 10k Sign On Bonus, up to $15k in Student Loan Reimbursement, & Relocation Assistance available

*Average case load 10-12 patients per day, with the opportunity to make a productivity bonus

*Closed on evenings & weekends: offering flexible schedules to accommodate your work-life balance
