The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork with caregivers, and balance of schedules to meet residents’ needs while maintaining dignity and respect.

Qualificações

• The CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, Excellence) guide interactions with residents and families.
• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• CNA certification not required; assistance in license process will be provided.
