Carlton Shores Health & Rehab Center in Daytona Beach, FL, seeks an Evening Supervisor RN/LPN to oversee residents and supervise the nursing team. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs and staff to ensure high-quality sub-acute care.

Ideal candidates hold a current Florida RN or LPN license, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience and strong communication skills for a fast-paced facility committed to compassionate care.

Position Summary

CARLTON SHORES HEALTH & REHAB CENTER is seeking a qualified Nursing Supervisor to oversee patients and manage the nursing team of our facility. Our ideal candidate is responsible for supervision of the delivery of care to residents. They assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNA’s and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Requirements of the Evenings Supervisor RN/LPN

• Registered Nurse/LPN with current state license in Florida.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities of the Evenings Supervisor RN/LPN

• Implement established nursing policies and procedures, educating nursing support staff according to facility guidelines.
• Review charting on a weekly basis for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a safe working environment, complying with infection control and body mechanic procedures.
• Respond to need for staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff.
• Track infection control, exposure control, and resident care trends to provide proactive improvement.
• Other special projects and duties, as assigned.
