Baptist Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist CRT/RRT for the Second Shift (Evenings) at Baptist Medical Center South. The role involves treatment, management, diagnostic evaluation, and care of patients with pulmonary issues, with collaboration with physicians and the respiratory team.

Requirements include a Degree in Respiratory Therapy, NBRC CRT, LRT, and ASBRT active credentials, plus BLS. Ability to walk, sit, stand, and assist patient mobility is needed.

Formación

• Degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• RRT must be obtained within 12 months of start.
• Active ASBRT LRT, and NBRC CRT required; BLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Treat and manage patients with pulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluation and therapies; participate in care planning with physicians and respiratory team.
• Communicate patient progress and care plans to physicians and team; perform duties within scope of the role.
• May have additional duties assigned within the department.
