Baptist Health is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to provide inpatient and outpatient pulmonary care, aligning with physicians and the respiratory team to monitor and adjust treatment plans. The role emphasizes patient assessment, documentation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include performing treatments, evaluating progress, and ensuring care plans stay within scope while supporting department objectives.

Formación

• Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• RRT certification must be obtained within 12 months in position.
• Active ASBRT/LRT and NBRC CRT; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required depending on area.

Responsabilidades

• Perform treatment, management, and diagnostic evaluation for pulmonary patients.
• Communicate patient progress with physicians and respiratory team as per care plan.
• Carry out duties within scope of role; assist with related tasks as assigned.
