Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C., Austin, MN, is looking for an evenings/part-time cleaner. You’ll service a small carpet retail store and a tech center, handle floors, bathrooms, dusting, and trash removal, and must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Requirements include being at least 18, speaking English, and a pre-employment background check. A valid driver’s license is required. Shifts: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun 9:00pm–10:00pm; Tue/Thu 8:00pm–10:00pm. DailyPay provided.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels).
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9:00pm to 10:00pm

Tuesday and Thursday 8:00pm to 10:00pm

Location: Austin, MN

Requirements:

One building is a small mostly carpet retail store. 2 small bathrooms cleaned daily, back break area cleaned daily, all carpets vacuumed and garbage's removed. 2nd Building This is a small tech center it includes two smaller bathrooms, offices and a break area. Break area is hard floors and must be swept/mopped each cleaning, while all garbage's and carpets throughout facility need to be removed and vacuumed each cleaning. Standard cleaning otherwise.

Job Duties:
