Job summary

Marsden Central L.L.C., Marsden Holding Company, is seeking an evenings/clinic cleaner for a part-time role in St. Paul, MN. Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Location: St. Paul, MN. You’ll perform cleaning tasks across floors, restrooms, and surfaces to support a clean, safe facility.

Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, speak English, and pass a pre-employment background check. This is essential work with DailyPay and room to grow within the Marsden family.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors throughout the premises.
• Waste removal and trash disposal from bins throughout the building.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies.
• Dust, wipe and sanitize surfaces, fixtures and furniture.

Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Requirements:

Must have a good attitude!, communicate well, organized, be trainable/coachable, able to do a physical job (this is hard physical work if you are not used to moving), lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, move objects and furniture, see tiny details like smudges and dust.

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
