Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Applicants must be able to speak/write in English.
• Basic computer aptitude expected.
• Prior experience supporting people with disabilities preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver training, support, and assistance in personal care, recreation, daily living skills, social skills, health needs, and community integration.
• Participate in designing and monitoring individualized support plans.
• Accurately administer prescribed medications as ordered by physicians.
• Complete required documentation (logs, incident reports, health records).
• Ensure participants health and safety, including CPR/First Aid as needed.
• Provide transportation to activities and prepare meals per menus.
• Mentor and assist people in life skills, recreation, independence, and health.
