Job summary

Stoughton/STI Holdings is seeking an evening shift Logistics/Yard Associate in Wisconsin. You will orchestrate trailer moves, maintain precise inventory records, register visitors, and guide carrier drivers through the trailer security exit checklist while updating the BOL system.

You will also perform daily vehicle inspections, handle inquiries by phone/email/in person, and ensure accurate end-of-shift pass-down to Security.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Fluency in English and ability to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trailer moves and document each move.
• Maintain accurate inventory/location records for trailers and goods.
• Register visitors and route inquiries; answer calls and emails.
• Direct carrier drivers through the trailer security exit checklist and store with the BOL.
• Complete daily shift log and hand off updates to Security Guard.
• Perform Vehicle Daily Inspection checklist on assigned vehicle.
• Provide courteous customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
