Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray equipment and produce radiographs and CT images under a radiologist's direction. This full-time evening shift (3p-11p, Monday-Friday with alternate weekends and holidays) requires graduation from an AMA approved School of Radiology and NYS licensure or within 6 months of hire, plus ARRT certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiology.
• New York State Radiologic Technologist license or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• ARRT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs or CT images under the direction of a radiologist.
• Work under supervision of a radiologist and department supervisor.
• Maintain high-quality imaging standards to support accurate diagnosis.
