Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking an X-Ray Technologist for the Evening shift to join a high‑performing radiology team in New York, NY. You will operate x-ray equipment and generate radiographs or digital images under radiologist supervision.

The ideal candidate has graduated from an AMA approved radiology program and holds or will obtain a New York State Radiologic Technologist license within six months of hire. This is an on-site role with a 3p–11p schedule and alternating weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiology.
• New York State Radiologic Technologist license from Department of Health (or able to obtain within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to make radiographs and/or computer images of designated portions of the body under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor.
• Maintain high-quality imaging to support accurate diagnoses in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to ensure patient safety and image quality.
