Afognak Native Corporation, along with its Brown Jug Fairbanks location, is seeking a Closing Sales Lead to greet customers, build baskets, and educate shoppers about wine, beer, and spirits. This role supports the store team in providing exceptional service and driving sales at the Fairbanks warehouse.

The position offers hourly pay from $19 to $22, with potential growth through pay increases based on performance. Must be at least 21 and able to obtain an Alcohol Server Card after offer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Retail sales experience or related customer service training a plus.
• Alcohol Server Card (Can be obtained after your job offer)

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and engage them in conversation to identify their shopping needs
• Build the Basket by recommending additional items to customers
• Answer customer questions and resolve their concerns
• Motivate and energize sales associates to focus on great customer service
• Educate customers on company initiatives like current sales and features, products exclusive to Brown Jug, and special offerings such as Brown Jug’s wine club
• Help keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and tagged
• Support the store management team as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
