Allegro Living Alto Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, CT is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse (LPN) for the 2nd shift. The role supports resident care, administers medications, and provides supervision to non-licensed staff in a senior living environment.

The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN license, CPR/AED certification, and at least 1 year of LPN experience in a senior care setting. PRN shifts also available and eligibility for Same Day Pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• CPR/AED certification required
• 1+ year of LPN experience in senior care preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and follow policy
• Bonus points for electronic documentation experience

Responsabilités

• Supervise assigned non-licensed team members
• Monitor resident wellness and respond to changes in condition
• Administer prescribed medications per orders and support continuity of care
• Provide patient-centered care in compliance with regulations and policies
• Join meetings and training sessions including Relias training
• Support compliance with residents' rights and report issues promptly
