Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in the teaching discipline with verifiable credentials, qualifications, or competencies appropriate for teaching the course content.
• In-field certifications, or three (3) years of experience in-field.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to students in welding technology courses during the evening classes.
• Demonstrate appropriate teaching techniques and testing/grading procedures, including maintenance of grade books and records.
• Follow the approved course syllabus and complete reports, inventories, and invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and effective communication, and demonstrate current in-field procedures.
