Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG and FCAW; AWS cert preferred.
• Familiarity with ASME codes and standards.
• Construction/manufacturing fabrication experience.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes.
• Perform MIG, TIG, FCAW welding to join sheet metal and pipe components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brakes, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble parts.
• Measure materials with calipers, micrometers, and precision tools for proper dimensions.
• Fabricate ductwork, structural components, and custom metal assemblies adhering to ASME codes & standards.
• Operate rigging equipment and forklifts for material handling on sites or floors.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
