Job summary

Grand Street Settlement is looking for an Evening Supervisor to manage teen programs at the Gowanus Community Center. This role requires overseeing activities, ensuring a safe environment, and supervising staff.

The ideal candidate has experience working with youth, preferably in a supervisory role, and strong communication skills. The position offers part-time hours on weekday evenings and weekends, with a focus on building relationships and facilitating programs for teens.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with middle school and high school youths in a supervisory role.
• Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
• Familiarity with DYCD Connect is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center’s operation and ensure a safe environment for teens.
• Assist in planning activities for teens.
• Supervise staff and ensure effective performance.
