Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Textiles Production to sort and prepare donated textiles for the sales floor. You will inspect items, price, tag, and hang textiles, ensuring quality and easy presentation for customers.

Role requires attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers. Schedule typically Sunday–Thursday as a day shift, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product.
• Inspect textiles to ensure saleable condition and integrity.
• Hang, price, tag, and load items on racks for sale.
• Price according to quality and value; research item value if needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist staff as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
