Job summary

Eastcastle Place in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests in a senior living environment. This part-time, non-exempt role includes taking orders, serving meals and beverages, keeping the dining room clean, and accommodating resident preferences with warmth.

You will work a schedule of Monday, Thursday, Friday 4:00–8:00 pm, and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in hospitality service.
• Prior experience in senior living or health care is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service to residents and guests.
• Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order.
• Serve meals and beverages, take orders, and accommodate requests.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain sanitary dining areas.
• Support special events and hospitality tasks as needed.
