Job summary

Eastcastle Place is seeking a Server to provide exceptional dining service to residents and guests in a part-time, non-exempt role. The position includes evening and weekend shifts, a no-tip facility, and a focus on creating welcoming experiences in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, maintaining a clean dining area, and collaborating with kitchen and caregiving staff to ensure residents have a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in hospitality service
• Preferred experience in a senior living facility/health care facility
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
• Front of house service skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Hospitable mindset and a strong work ethic
• Customer-focused and compassionate service

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service to residents and guests
• Set tables and maintain dining area cleanliness
• Take orders, serve meals and beverages, accommodate special requests
• Clear and reset tables and maintain sanitary conditions
• Collaborate with kitchen, dietary staff, and leadership to ensure guest satisfaction
• Support with special events and other hospitality tasks as needed
