Job summary

StoryPoint in Cordova, TN is seeking a part-time Receptionist to provide courteous service to residents and the public. You will answer calls, greet guests, and manage check-ins with a professional attitude.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 4pm–8pm, with pay of $16 per hour and daily pay options. Prior front-desk experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Good communication and courteous interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and greet residents professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in and greeting of residents and guests.
• Answer routine inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Refer residents and families to the Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, messages and packages.
• Know emergency procedures and systems.
• Perform duties in accordance with company policies.

Education

High School diploma; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
