Customer Receptionist / Phone Operator

The World Class Automotive Group Talent Team recruits talent to complement the Randall Reed family of dealerships in our Houston, Dallas and Oklahoma City locations. Position Mission Statement: Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and customer‑focused manner directing customers to the proper department or individual within our dealership.

• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete messages & deliver to employees in a timely manner
• Light administration work as needed

Compensation Plan
