Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have master's degree from an accredited program (Social Work/Psychology/Counseling) and licensure eligibility.
• License (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) eligible.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis counseling and evaluation for patients in the emergency departments.
• Complete initial assessments, counseling, and treatment planning; manage referrals and bed search.
• Coordinate with treatment teams; ensure documentation complies with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize acuity and manage patient flow; maintain professional licensure and credentials.
