Job summary

Bon Appetit is hiring for full- and part-time Prep Cook positions at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, IN. Evening and weekend availability is required; no prior experience needed and training is provided. Pay ranges from $13.50 to $14.50 per hour, with differential pay after 5 PM and on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food in accordance with production sheets and recipes.
• Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Serves customers efficiently and handles orders from stations.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and maintains food safety standards.
• Completes required documentation and records as needed.
