Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and evaluates assigned kitchen, food production and service associates.
• Supervises hourly kitchen staff including scheduling, payroll, training and reviews.
• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and production schedules.
• Ensures proper presentation, food quality, portion control and safe serving temperatures.
• Tracks food usage and waste; assists with inventory and orders as needed.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work areas, cleans stations before leaving.
• Assists in recipe and menu development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
