• Ensure customer satisfaction and food prepared as requested.
• Maintain cleanliness of food lines, dining room, patio, and bathrooms.
• Monitor and execute preparation, handling, and storage of food.
• Take phone orders and complete POS transactions.
• Bus, clean and sanitize tables and areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
