• Performs daily custodial maintenance and minor repairs; submits work orders for larger maintenance.
• Opens and closes parks and community buildings; ensures areas are safe and ready for events.
• Supports event setup, admission processes and area security during functions.
• Maintains records of park usage and assists with fee collection as needed.
