Qualifications

• Masters-level licensure strongly preferred (LMSW/LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• Experience in outpatient or intensive outpatient settings is desirable.
• Ability to work PRN during evenings or weekends is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct clinical services including assessments and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy per program guidelines.
• Participate in discharge planning and case management with the team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and physicians to coordinate care.
• Support outpatient program operations and quality improvement initiatives.
