Responsibilities

• Collect information from new Residents for admission.
• Record health details, including vitals and temperature.
• Administer medications and injections to residents as needed.
• Treat wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise CNAs when required.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
