Williamsbridge Center is actively seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our 77-bed skilled nursing facility in Bronx, NY. The base rate is $33.54 per hour with a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Admitting residents by collecting required information.
• Recording health details including vitals and temperature.
• Administering medications and injections as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
• May supervise CNAs.
• Assist residents with dressing and personal care.
• Monitor residents' intake and output.
