Job summary

Centers Health Care is hiring Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Team Members for Amsterdam Nursing Home in New York City. The position offers a base rate of $37.18 with an additional 10% shift differential for evenings and nights. Responsibilities include collecting health information, administering medications, and supervising CNAs. Candidates must hold a valid NY State LPN license and be a team player. Qualifications

• Must be able to work as a team member.
• Valid NY State LPN license required.
• Must be in good standing with State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
• Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature.
• Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed.
• Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores.
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
• Helping Residents with dressing and hygiene.
• Monitoring Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
