Job summary

St. Anne Institute is seeking a part-time or per diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support evening and weekend shifts in our OCFS/OMH licensed residential youth programs in New York.

You will administer medications, monitor health care, and collaborate with clinicians and direct care staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment. The ideal candidate holds an active New York State LPN license and current BLS/CPR certification, with experience in behavioral health or pediatrics preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license is required.
• Current BLS/ CPR certification is required.
• Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, pediatrics or psychiatry is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to work calmly and professionally in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor medications as ordered.
• Provide health care support for youth in residential treatment.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, clinicians, and direct care staff.
• Complete required documentation in compliance with OCFS and OMH standards.
• Support crisis intervention and maintain a safe therapeutic environment.
